  • Sign the final contract in the form of notary deed and use the property!

30% - On signing preliminary contract
45% - roof
25% - on completion

Reserving this property

You can reserve this property through us for two weeks by transferring a 1,000 euro non - refundable reservation deposit. The sum will be immediately paid to the seller and the property will be taken off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller.
