The location is ideal for investors, in the developing resort of Ain Sokhna. As this is only 96km from Cairo, it already has a stable local rental and resale market. It is now being developed to international tourism standards. The added advantage for tour operators is that Ain Sokhna is an easy drive from the Pyramids at Cairo. The existing resorts of Sharm El Sheik and Hurghada are so far from the ancient monuments that tourists have to take an internal flight or an overnight bus trip to get there.
