Contact us to ensure the property you wish to purchase is still available

Reserve the property by filling out a reservation form

Pay the deposit of $10,000 (€ 8,000)

The contract will then be sent to your lawyer for review.  You are free to employ the services of any lawyer you wish.  We can provide you with details of an independent solicitor should you require them.

Sign you contract.

On completion of your property you will pay the balance of 70% or you can avail of the 70% mortgages on offer.

Pick up your keys and enjoy your property!

Additional costs associated with your property purchase

Lawyers fees of approximately 1.5% plus VAT

3% transfer tax

1.3% Document stamp duty

Furnishing your property

When you property is close to completion we will supply you with the furniture package options.  Property packages are anticipated to begin at $10,000.  This will provide you with a complete turnkey package.
